What to Expect During Your Appointment

On this page, please find the information and forms you might need for your visit to our office.  We look forward to seeing you.

If you’re new to our office, you might be wondering what’s involved in your visit. At your first visit, the audiologist will begin by asking questions that pertain to your ears and hearing. This is so we can collect as much information about your condition as possible. The audiologist will complete a battery of tests that are designed to tell us how different parts of your ears and hearing are working.

Finally, we explain everything to you because we believe your journey to better hearing should be a partnership with you and your Doctor of Audiology. And we believe that journey should begin by making sure you are well informed about your problem and all possible solutions.

Confirm Your Appointment

Our office will contact you the day prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment time.

Our Doctor

For the best hearing healthcare, you should seek a professional, experienced and compassionate doctor of audiology.

Judenie Raphael, Au.D./CCC-A

We’re extremely fortunate to get to do what we love every day and happy that our patients realize how important they are to us.

Dr. Judenie Raphael is an amazing audiologist who truly cares about her patients. She is a Doctor of Audiology and a registered nurse, which is impressive. She has treated me with the utmost kindness and care and made sure I got what I needed to help me get set up with my new hearing aid that pairs with my cochlear implant. She is conveniently located in the Argyle Forest area, which is close to home for me!

Vikki Mioduszewski

Dr Rafael is the nicest most caring doctor I have encountered at the UF facilities and now that she has her own location the rest of the world can be blessed with her attention to detail
