About Lifeline Audiology & Hearing Solutions
Our Values
Why Choose Lifeline Audiology & Hearing Solutions?
Compassion
When patients come seeking the help they need, we assess their needs with compassion and patience, aiming to understand how they’ve been suffering and how we can help. Our patients walk out out of our appointments feeling empowered, knowing there are solutions to their hearing concerns and that hope and healing are waiting for them on the other side of the door.
Education
Information can bring a lot of peace when dealing with health issues. When it comes to hearing loss, it’s important that our patients fully understand the causes and solutions for their unique concerns. We work to educate them of all of their options when it comes to hearing loss, from the technology available to expected costs and treatment plans.
Integrity
Hearing loss is a chronic illness, which means a patient of ours will likely be a patient for life. In all valued relationships, honesty and integrity are integral to maintain trust and craft the best possible outcome. Our patients can trust that we will always advocate for their well-being in and out of the doctor’s office.
Giving Back
Dr. Raphael is a proud partner and volunteer at Lend An Ear Outreach. Their mission is to provide the gift of hearing by furnishing hearing aids and quality hearing care to those with limited or no means, in an atmosphere of dignity and compassion.
