Patient Experiences At Our Jacksonville Location
Dr. Jude has been my wive’s audiologist for a few years. She has always taken great care of her as she suffers from hearing loss and needs to use hearing aids. She is kind, professional and patient. My mother in law has come to live with us and was having difficulty understanding speech and missing out on conversations. My wife brought her to Dr Jude to be evaluated. She was able to get her fitted for hearing aids and now my mother in law is better able to understand and engage in conversations. She treated my wife and her mom as if they were her own family. I highly recommend her and the staff at Lifeline Audiology.
This was the first time in years that felt I was in a comfortable and safe environment with a Doctor. Dr. Jude Raphael, at Lifeline who conducted my audio tests was very professional and thorough in her examining of my ears and hearing. She made sure I understood every process along the way. She ordered my new hearing aids for me and when they malfunction she made sure I got my replacement. I can hear so much clearer and organization is by far a superb health provider and the Veterans Administration did a great job selecting her for us veterans who are suffering from hearing loss.
