About Lifeline Audiology & Hearing Solutions

Our Values

Why Choose Lifeline Audiology & Hearing Solutions?

Compassion

When patients come seeking the help they need, we assess their needs with compassion and patience, aiming to understand how they’ve been suffering and how we can help. Our patients walk out out of our appointments feeling empowered, knowing there are solutions to their hearing concerns and that hope and healing are waiting for them on the other side of the door.

Education

Information can bring a lot of peace when dealing with health issues. When it comes to hearing loss, it’s important that our patients fully understand the causes and solutions for their unique concerns. We work to educate them of all of their options when it comes to hearing loss, from the technology available to expected costs and treatment plans.

Integrity

Hearing loss is a chronic illness, which means a patient of ours will likely be a patient for life. In all valued relationships, honesty and integrity are integral to maintain trust and craft the best possible outcome. Our patients can trust that we will always advocate for their well-being in and out of the doctor’s office.

Giving Back

Dr. Raphael is the Executive Director at Lend An Ear Outreach. Our mission is to provide the gift of hearing by furnishing hearing aids and quality hearing care to those with limited or no means, in an atmosphere of dignity and compassion.

Dr. Judenie Raphael

Judenie Raphael, Au.D., CCC-A, RN

Doctor of Audiology

Clinical Director

I earned my Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida in 2013, building upon my foundational dual Bachelor of Art degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Anthropology.

My clinical journey is defined by a collaborative approach to patient care. I have spent years working in interdisciplinary environments. Beyond my clinical certification in Audiology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, I bring a unique, holistic perspective to my work as a licensed registered nurse and a doula.

I am also deeply committed to philanthropy. I believe in the power of giving back to the community and am proud to serve as the Executive Director of Lend An Ear Outreach, where we work to expand access to hearing health to individuals in all communities, regardless of their ability to pay.

Lorrie A. Bielen

Lorrie A. Bielen, M.A., CCC-A

Audiologist

Originally from Westfield, New Jersey, I have called Fernandina Beach, Florida, my home for the past 17 years. My journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, which I followed with a Master’s degree in Audiology from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Montclair State University.

As a proud member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), I am deeply committed to my field. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been participating in medical mission trips, where I’ve had the privilege of bringing the gift of better hearing to people in need around the world.

With over 32 years of experience, I’ve learned that the best outcomes come from an approach that is:

  • Educational: Empowering you with knowledge about your hearing health.
  • Personalized: Tailoring solutions to your specific lifestyle.
  • Patient-Centered: Keeping your unique needs at the heart of everything I do.

When I’m not helping patients, I’m likely looking for a breeze—I hold a pilot’s license and fly hot air balloons! I also find a lot of joy in spending time with my family and animals, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying music, dancing, and movies.

Hi! I’m Dr. Jasmine Simmons. My passion is helping people reconnect with the world through better hearing. After graduating from the University of Akron and receiving my Doctorate from Central Michigan University, I’ve focused my career on clinical excellence and patient advocacy. In fact, that advocacy led me to write my book, Extraordinary Jordyn and her Bionic Ears! To unwind, you’ll usually find me with a good book in hand, traveling to new places, or enjoying the sun at the beach.
